Adjunct Professor of AgriFood Authenticity at Catholic University Sacred Heart – Milan/Piacenza; Visiting Professor at University of Chemistry and Technology – Prague. Chair of the Italian National Normative Organization (UNI) Food Authenticity Working Group. Member of: Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), working groups for Biotoxins-Processing Contaminants-Food Authenticity in European Committee for Standardization (CEN), ILSI Europe Scientific Advisory Committee (and Vice Chair of the Food Contaminants Task Force), Italian Cluster Agrifood Scientific Board.
