Hazem Aldabbas is an academic lecturer and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, he offers a diverse range of courses, including Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Managing in Service Environments, Marketing Management, Project Management, Sustainable Business Practices, and Economics. Dr. Aldabbas is an accomplished scholar with a strong educational background, holding a bachelor's degree in economics from Yarmouk University, Jordan, a master's degree in business administration (MBA), and a PhD in business management, obtained from the British University in Dubai. He has contributed significantly to the field of business management through his extensive research efforts. His scholarly work encompasses a wide array of topics, such as organizational behavior, employee relations, creativity, psychological behavior, quality management, innovation, research and development (R&D), and strategic management. Dr. Aldabba's research findings have been published in esteemed journals like the International Journal of Innovation Science, International Journal of Innovation Management, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management, Personnel Review, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Current Psychology, and several others. Furthermore, he has been an integral part of the scientific community, having reviewed over 100 academic articles for Scopus-indexed international journals. Apart from his academic pursuits, Dr. Aldabbas boasts a remarkable 20 years of industry experience in strategic management, customer experience management, and workforce management. His practical approach to academia is evident in his extensive consulting background, where he has contributed to various aspects of business strategy. Liza Macasukit Gernal has two decades of experience in the academic and industry field, having contributed her expertise in various countries such as the Philippines, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Gernal holds a Ph.D. in Management from the prestigious University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, as well as a Doctor in Management from Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines. To further her academic journey, she completed her AQ Bridge to Business program at the University of Toledo in Ohio, USA. Dr. Gernal is renowned for her ground-breaking research, which delves into the profound impact of human activities on ecosystems. Her work has gained widespread recognition and acclaim within academic circles and has played a pivotal role in shaping policy discussions on environmental sustainability and resource management. She has also served as a dedicated mentor and supervisor to MBA and DBA students from Universidad de Catholica in Spain, nurturing the next generation of business leaders. Dr. Gernal's diverse research interests encompass environmental sustainability, human resource management, educational sustainability, AI in business, and various other business and technology-related fields. Her commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation in these areas has made her a respected figure in academia and an influential contributor to environmental conservation and business management. Hemachandran K has been a passionate teacher with 15 years of teaching experience and 5 years of research experience. A strong educational professional with a scientific bent of mind, highly skilled in AI & Business Analytics. After receiving a PhD in embedded systems, He started focusing on Interdisciplinary research. He served as an effective resource person at various national and international scientific conferences and also gave lectures on topics related to Artificial Intelligence. He was bestowed as Best Faculty at Woxsen University in 2021-2022 and also in Ashoka Institute of Engineering & Technology in 2019 – 2020. He has rich working experience in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Building Video recommendation systems, Building Chatbots for HR policies and the Education Sector, Automatic Interview processes, and Autonomous Robots. He is working on various real-time use cases and projects in collaboration with Industries such as Advertflair, LLC, Course5i and Apstek Corp. He has organized many International Conferences, Hackathons, and Ideathon. He owed four patents to his credentials. He has a life membership in estimable professional bodies. An open-ended positive person who has a stupendous peer-reviewed publication record with more than 35 journals and international conference publications. His editorial skills made him include as an editorial board member in numerous reputed Scopus / sci journals. Raul Villamarin Rodriguez is the Vice President, Woxsen University, and Dean of the School of Business at Woxsen University. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Process Automation applications in Human Resources. Fmr. Co-CEO at Irians Research Institute, a research institute specialized in the field of neuromarketing, AI, ML, market research, behavioral science, social research, and behavioral engineering. His areas of expertise and interest are Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Robotic Process Automation, Multi-agent Systems, Knowledge Engineering, and Quantum Artificial Intelligence. He has the experience and feels comfortable using Prolog, Java, C++, Python, R/RStudio, Julia, Swift, Scala, MySQL, and Spark, among others. He is a registered expert in Artificial intelligence, Intelligent Systems, and Multi-agent Systems at the European Commission, a nominee for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2020 list, and an awardee in the Europe India 40 Under 40 Leaders. Alongside this, he is a member of the GRLI Deans and Directors cohort. He has co-authored two reference books: "New Age Leadership: A Critical Insight" and "Retail Store'e" and has more than 70 publications to his credit. He is a weekly contributing writer to various magazines in the field of analytics and emerging technologies. Alongside this, he is a journal reviewer and associate editor in various publications such as IEEE.
