Şirvan Şen Demir, PhD, is a senior professor at the Tourism Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Süleyman Demirel University, Türkiye. She received her PhD in tourism management at Dokuz Eylül University, Türkiye in 2010 and served from 1999 as a lecturer, associate professor, and full professor in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Muğla University and Süleyman Demirel University in Türkiye. Her books published include Enhancing Higher Education and Research With OpenAI Models (2024).Mahmut Demir, PhD is a senior professor at the Tourism Faculty at Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Türkiye. He received his PhD in tourism management at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and served from 1997 as a lecturer, associate professor and full professor in Tourism and Travel Management at different universities such as Muğla University, Süleyman Demirel University and Isparta University of Applied Sciences in Türkiye. He was also a postdoc researcher at Sheffield University in 2011 in the UK. His books published include Revolutionizing the Service Industry With OpenAI Models (2024).
