Healthcare organizations cry out for a toll to decrease untoward events and bridge the communication gap between professional clinical teams and clients. Discover how to guide your team to creatively problem-solve, build emotional and social intelligence, increase workplace safety and employee retention, and guarantee client satisfaction with the results-don't-lie Improv to Improve Healthcare system.

Dr. Candace (Candy) Campbell, RN, is The Innovation Nurse - a transformational keynote speaker, humorist, retreat and seminar leader, award-winning actor, author, and filmmaker. She assists individuals and teams to solve communication challenges and make the world a kinder, safer place. Her background in healthcare spans more than 30 years of clinical, academic, and administrative experience. As a professional actor and co-founder of an improv company in the early 90s, she has been gleefully sharing the joys of improv to businesses and people of all ages and stages since 1995. The ability of being able to imagine yourself in someone else's skin (and not taking yourself too seriously) has supported her practice in and outside of healthcare. When she's not writing and speaking, she's likely on the road with her third solo show, An Evening with Florence Nightingale: A Reluctant Celebrity.
