She was an adjunct Assistant Professor, Graduate Institute of Human Resource and Knowledge Management, National Kaohsiung Normal University and served as a human resource specialist in a company. Her research interests focus on human resource management, human resource development, organizational theory, and knowledge management. She published many papers in journals and conferences about these topics. Moreover, she is an editorial board member of Journal of Management and Sustainability as well as Business and Management Horizons .
