Jeremy Comfort founded York Associates, UK, nearly thirty years ago with the mission to develop people internationally. He has trained and coached hundreds of individuals and teams who face the ever more complex challenges of working internationally. Peter Franklin is professor of intercultural business and management communication at HTWG Konstanz University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He also works on MBA courses at business schools in Germany, Britain, China and Switzerland. He is also the director of dialogin The Delta Intercultural Academy, an Internet-based knowledge community devoted to culture and communication in international business.
