He receives the State Council special allowance, and is also awarded as expert by the Publicity Department of CPC, Ministry of Culture, and Ministry of Education; Editor-in-chief, Annual Report on China's Cultural Industry, Commentary on Cultural Industry in China (CSSCI); He is entitled as expert of Provincial and Municipal Cultural Development and Cultural Industry Decision Committee.
