He recently received the Spanish Award in Maintenance (given by the AEM- Asociación Española de Mantenimiento) as a recognition to this effort. He is the author of 'The Maintenance Management Framework', and the model presented in this book has been implemented in industrial organizations and infrastructures worldwide, and the book translated to different languages.
