Dan is an instructional designer, facilitator and training manager at SpecTraining, and is also co-founder of the Australian Institute of Business Leadership in Melbourne and Brisbane. His dedication to lifelong learning has earned him a Graduate Certificate in Business, Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, Master of Business Administration and PhD in the field of team management. Terry is the managing director of SpecTraining Pty Ltd, the training consultancy (and RTO) he formed with his brother, Dan, in 2008, shortly after leaving the Royal Australian Air Force, after 20 years of service. His formal qualifications span a variety of fields, from training and assessment to management, business, financial services and work health and safety.
