This book consists of five meditations. The first four meditations are all interconnected and are based on the law of attraction and the law of vibration. Meditation Five is two parts, with the first part about how poverty is a state of mind, and part two takes you into the Kingdom of God. These meditations will teach you techniques that will make it easier to believe that you have already received what you are asking for by putting you in alignment with your desires, how to keep your attention focused on your wish fulfilled, instill in you the belief that you are the creator of your destiny, why nothing is impossible for you, how to become the person you want to be, how to change your frequency that you are radiating so that you can have what you want, how to fight your fears head on - and win, and how to enter the Kingdom of Heaven and receive divine guidance.

This book was mostly written while in meditation. I read and studied several books from the masters of the New Age movement from the past, including Neville Goddard, Robert Collier, Robert A. Russell, Earl Nightingale, Wallace D. Wattles, James Allen, Genevieve Behrend, and Florence Scovel Shinn. I would bring their teachings into meditation, and over time it coalesced into the book it has become today. Therefore, I want to stress that for the most part the words are not mine, but what I have done is told the story in a way that has never been told before. In addition, I have included notes that I accumulated over the past eight years to support many of the lines of these meditations for additional learning and understanding. Finally, I've been focused on this topic since 2017 because of my own recovery from anxiety and depression, putting in well over 10,000 hours on this subject, and over that time I have written, rewritten, thrown out parts of this meditation and started over (which turned my life into turmoil for about a year and a half, but as a result it made it so much better) to what it has become today. It just kept evolving, and I didn't want to stop until the process was complete. And if you do all of the meditations, you will see that it will bring everything full circle and it is guaranteed to make you feel really, really good, control your mind, and help you achieve your fondest dreams.

Meditation One, Part One - Your Visible World

1. Jesus found God to be his awareness of being [Isaiah 45:5], so he told man that the Kingdom of God and heaven is within you [Luke 17:21] (1. My consciousness is the Father who draws the manifestation of life to me. The nature of the manifestation is determined by the state of consciousness in which I dwell. I am always drawing into my world that which I am conscious of being.) (2. Before man can transform his world, he must first lay this foundation or understanding, “I AM the Lord [and there is none else”, Isaiah 45:5]. Man must know that his awareness of being is God. Until this is firmly established so that no suggestion or argument of others can shake him, he will find himself returning to the slavery of his former belief.) (3. I AM is the self-definition of the absolute, the foundation on which everything rests. I AM is the first cause-substance. I AM is the self-definition of God. Your I AM, the unconditioned consciousness, is the Christ Jesus speaking to the conditioned self or the John Smith consciousness. “I AM John,” from a mystical point of view, is two beings, namely, Christ and John. So, I go to prepare a place for you [John 14:1-3], moving from your present state of consciousness into that state desired. It is a promise by your Christ or awareness of being to your present conception of yourself that you will leave your present consciousness and appropriate another. Having gone before and prepared the place, you have returned to John and are now taking him with you through the interval of time into the prepared place that he might share your joy with you, for in where I Am, there ye may also be.) (5. When man gives up his belief in a God apart from himself, and begins to recognize his awareness of being to be God, as did Jesus and the prophets, he will transform his world with the realization: I and my Father are One, but my Father is greater than I. He will know that his consciousness is God, and that which he is conscious of being is the son bearing witness of God the Father.) (6. You are the conceiver. The power conceiving, and the thing conceived are one, but the power to conceive is greater than the conception. Jesus discovered this glorious truth when he declared I and my father are one, but my father is greater than I. The power conceiving itself to be man is greater than its conception. It is your business to receive abundantly and perpetually. Act the part you wish to play in this life. Act healthy, act prosperous, act happy, act cheerful, act optimistic.)
2. The kingdom, all of creation, all that mankind ever was or ever will be exists now. Nothing can be created. It can only be manifested. Of God, your I AM, all of it, everything, is within you. (1,2)
3. Since everything out in my world is an illusion, then where is what I am seeing? It’s inside of you. Where is it inside of me? It’s in you! (3) (1. How does sight work? Why are not the people you see then just little people in your head? Why do I see people on the outside, and not on the inside? Is there natural light in the brain? Are you really seeing people? No. You are seeing an image of people. That means what I am seeing on the outside is an image of me. Therefore, if I change the image on the inside, what will I do on the outside? I will change what I see on the outside. So, when you go home tonight, who are you going to see? Are you seeing your wife, or that image in your head? Every single time I see her she drives me crazy! Every time I look at the bills, they drive me crazy! Every time I have a goal in my life, and I want to have it met, nothing ever seems to go right in my life. Why? Because I am conscious of the fact that I am broke, or that she’s crazy. I am conscious of the fact that I have problems in my life. I am conscious of the fact of the ideas in my head have created my universe. So, if I change what’s going on inside my head, what will I do? I will change my world.) (2. What you are seeing on the outside is only an image of what is inside of you.) (3. Everything that we see, everything that was created, comes from Faith. 4. Your visible world is made in the image and likeness of the state of consciousness in which you live (1) (Life is no respecter of persons [Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11] and destroys nothing; it continues to keep alive that which man is conscious of being. Things will disappear only as man changes his consciousness. Deny it if you will, it still remains a fact that consciousness is the only reality and things but mirror that which you are conscious of being. The heavenly state you seek will be found only in consciousness for the Kingdom of Heaven is within you. Your consciousness is the only living reality, the eternal head of creation. That which you are conscious of being is the temporal body that you wear. To turn your attention from that which you are aware of being is to decapitate that body; but, just as a chicken or snake continues to jump and throb for a while after its head has been removed, likewise qualities and conditions appear to live for a while after your attention has been taken from them. Man, not knowing this law of consciousness, constantly gives thought to his previous habitual conditions and, through being attentive to them, places upon these dead bodies the eternal head of creation; thereby he reanimates and re-resurrects them. 5. Why?
6. Because consciousness is the cause as well as the substance of the entire world. Therefore, it is to consciousness that we must turn if we would discover the secret of creation. (4) (The Universal Mind is not only intelligence, but it is substance, and this substance is the attractive force which brings electrons together by the law of attraction so they form atoms; the atoms in turn are brought together by the same law and form molecules; molecules take objective forms and so we find the law is the creative force behind every manifestation, not only of atoms, but of worlds, of the universe, of everything of which the imagination can form any conception.)
7. Creation starts by the conscious mind generating ideas and impressing these ideas on the subconscious mind, while the subconscious mind receives these ideas and out-pictures them in the image and likeness of the feeling received.) (4) (All creation occurs in the domain of the subconscious.)
8. Therefore, ideas are impressed on the subconscious through the medium of Feeling. (Feeling is the secret of creation.) 
9. No idea can be impressed on the subconscious until it is felt, but once felt – be it good, bad, or indifferent – it must be expressed. (4) (When negative thoughts interrupt you, stop what you are doing, observe it, note it, and then tell it wait a minute, I can have anything I want.)
10. Therefore, never entertain an undesirable feeling, but rather think feelingly only of the state you desire to realize. Take a moment or two to paint the picture of the state you desire to realize. (4) (Every great teacher who has ever walked the planet has told you that life was meant to be abundant. The essence of this law is that you must think abundance; see abundance, feel abundance, believe abundance. Let no thought of limitation enter your mind.)
11. Hence, objective states bear witness to subconscious impressions. (4) (In Genesis, Chapter 1, God’s very first act was that he moved. Prayer is movement. Prayer is motion to Create. God created. God creates. And what am I? I am a co-creator with God.)
12. Therefore, it is impossible for you to see anything other than the contents of your consciousness. (4) (It is most important that we know and realize definitely and explicitly that every time we think a thought, or feel an emotion, we are adding to the content of this powerful mind, good or bad, as the case may be. Life will be richer or poorer for the thoughts and deeds of today. You are free to choose which. But whichever you choose, the result is sure. Thoughts of wealth, of power, of success, can bring only results commensurate with your idea of them. Thoughts of poverty and lack can bring only limitation and trouble. 13. Your world, in its every detail, is your consciousness objectified. (4) (Because creation is finished, what you desire already exists. It is excluded from view because you can see only the contents of your own consciousness. It is the function of an assumption to call back the excluded view and restore full vision.
