CAUSES OF UNTIMELY DEATH

Sudden death is often termed untimely or unexpected. But then, something must take place or happen before untimely death come knocking at the door to excuse its victim exit from this planet earth. What then can we enumerate as causes of this monster, call untimely death? Let's check at 40 reasons or more that may lead to untimely death

1.      Power of Jealousy and Cruelty. It is an irony that the first death ever recorded on earth was sudden death! It happened when Cain tissed his brother Abel to an open field and had him killed in cold blood. This happened when Cain a senior brother of Abel, jealously killed Abel simply because Abel's offering was accepted before God against that of Cain. (Genesis chapter four). I pray that what you labour for shall not cause your sudden death. Amen.

 

2.      Covetousness. This is one of the paramount flag of death people often display all over today. Pastors are covetous, church members are covetous. In fact both believers and unbelievers are covetous in nature and in habit. If Judas Iscariot a disciple of Jesus can be covetous to the extent of losing his life for 30 shekels of silver, you need to keep watch of yourself. He died an untimely death by hanging himself in disgrace.

 

3.      Sickness and Diseases. These form major black sound killers and waterloo of untimely death to millions Sickness and diseases have become daily killer not minding age, race or stature. Mostly hit are those that are poor.

 

4.      Disobedience. This is a sure way to easy death. To obey is said; is better than sacrifice. King Saul disobeyed God's instruction, and lost his kingship. As God departed from him, he died a shameful sudden death in the hands of enemies. How are the mighty fallen.

 

5.      Pride. Honour should be given to who it is due. God is superfluous and shouldn't be compared to men. King Herod made this fatal mistake when he was compared to God as he sat majestically on his seat. Alas! He met untimely as he was struck down by the angel of God and eaten up by worm. The Bible records it. "0n the appointed day Herod, wearing his royal robes, sat on his throne and delivered a public address to the people". They shouted, "This is the voice of a god, not of a man". Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel of the Lord struck him down and he was eaten by worms and died. "Acts 12:21-23 Arrogance and pride kill easily. Are you proud or arrogant? Stop it

 

6.      Forbidden Seed. What is the seed of your marriage? Is it true seed or forbidden one? David slept illegally with Beersheba and beer on illegal child. The illegal child was struck dead (untimely death), as a result of the sin of David. The acts of David also brought about sudden death of Uriah and many others drafted to the hot battle zone where Uriah died.

 

7.      When Attacks on Men of God Backfire. Attacks on men of God is a walk towards sudden death unless if caution is applied. Many died untimely death this way when Moses was accused by Korah, Dathan and Abiram. The book of Numbers chapter 16. The ground opened its mouth and swallowed them. These are what they never bargain for. Alas! Untimely death caught them unaware and die an uncommon death. Therefore, if you are wise desist from persecuting men of God, or else, you shall invite untimely death upon yourself.

 

8.      Witchcraft Attack This is an act of satanic manipulation to kill and destroy destinies of people. Arrows are usually fired against victims which often times lead to untimely death.

 

9.      Dream Attack. This is one of the ways powers of darkness often use to attack victims. Through dream, one can be fed with satanic food, injected satanically, strike or beaten to death. Sleep attacks often attract sudden death. Many often sleep never to see the light of the day. Such sleep is call sleep of death. I pray you shall never experience it in Jesus name. Amen.

 

10.      Stepping on Talisman. Sudden death caused by stepping on talisman (juju) is a common phenomenon that terminate people's life unannounced. Such satanic mapping is to ensure one step's on the magical powder, concoction, juju or talisman to cause him sudden death. Once the person step's on it, pains sickness and agony sets in to terminate his life.

 

11.      Road Accident. This is one of the common gateway.to sudden death. Road accidents have claimed thousands of life placing many homes in agony and sorrow.

 

12.      Abortion. There is immoral tension in the society. Men are not ready to marry, yet they want to make fun. Married men are skeptical of the number of children they want to raise, yet they don't allow their wives sleep at night. Women on the other hand couldn't control their sexual urge. In such situation any pregnancy that come's there way is nip in the bud. In the process of abortion the mother may pass on. In fact, abortion is a sure death ticket for unborn babies.

 

13.      Satanic Night Call. (Apepa). It is a witchcraft arrow fired at night. In the middle of the night, the soul of the victim is cursed to death after much incantation is said by an evil call. By this act, the victim may shout from sleep and die.

 

14.      Kidnapping. Kidnappers are all over the place. Both young and old are kidnapped. Victims are always used for money rituals or for strong charms.

 

15.      Traditional Rites. In most parts of the country it is still a tradition for human beings to be killed for ritual once a king die's. People often run shelter skelter once rumour filtered out that a king has pass on. This barbaric attitude has been criticized times, without number; yet traditionalist are yet to listen to such call. Once captured victims are not released. Such hot death is nothing but sudden death.

 

16.      Robbery Attack. The Holy Bible tells of the Good Samaritan. This confirms that" when robbers’ strike they often left behind trademarks of sorrows, tears and blood. There are cases of sudden death caused by robbery attacks. Since, most robbers are under satanic influence of drugs, charms and fire arms they inflict havoc and before you know it, souls are gone. Thus, sudden death has reared its ugly head again.

 

17.      False Swearing and Curse. Many who are at fault and could have confessed and let the devil be ashamed, often swear and rain curses upon themselves in order to gain freedom at that particular hour. At the end, such swear and curses do backfire thereby leading to sudden death.

 

18.      Stealing. Thou shall not steal, is a biblical injunction. Refusal to take this simple rule have sent many to their untimely graves. In Lagos Nigeria, when a thief is caught he is burnt alive. No mercy. In the Bible, (Joshua 7), Achan stole and put his entire family into problem. He was sentenced to death along with his family. What a shameful sudden death.

 

19.      Age Pegging. The age of some people or family members have been witchraftly pegged. No one in such family can live above a particular age so pegged. In some family, age limitation is 30years, to some it is 40 years while lucky ones attain age of 45years. What one will hear next is death, once the age ceiling is reached.

 

20.      Elimination by Substitution. This is another satanic mathematical age manipulation by a super demonic person. What he or she does is to kill by witchcraft means any of his/her child in order to elongate his/her stay on earth. In practice, it looks unbelievable, but it is real. Strong herbalists, kings and, occult men often do it. Any of their children selected will die a sudden death in their stead while they stay alive.

 

21.      Plague. It is an act of God. This was what God used to kill 24,000 Israelites as a result of their immoralities with the Moabites. Sudden death of such figure wouldn't have arisen if not for immorality and worship of foreign gods.

 

22.      Adultery. Adultery kills easily. It is a trap of sudden death. Many obituaries are announced as a result of affairs with other men's wife. Among the Yoruba speaking, there is this power call magun. Once it is placed on a woman any man that first have carnal intercourse with her will summersault and die. Any man who has extra marital affairs with married women in this part of the country may experience untimely death unnoticed.

 

23.      Fulfillment of Rash Vow. Whatever vow you make with God must be fulfilled. This was what Jephthah the Gileadite did, when he went into war with the Ammonites. The Bible records it. "And Jephthah made a vow to the Lord” “If you give the Ammonites into my hands, whatever comes out of the door of my house to meet me when I return in triumph from the Ammonites will be the Lord's, and I will sacrifice it as a burnt offering".
