Vincent Burns is a lifelong historian and longtime book and database publisher and executive, as well as a former journalist. He received his doctorate in History from the University of Wisconsin, where he taught. His dissertation was on Roman history, researched in Germany thanks to Fulbright and German-government scholarships.
