A Form E package that presents case management features with information needed for pressing or defending a claim in court. It features calculators, precedents, form-filling and document tracking, and an interactive Form E and client database, combined to ease the burden of ancillary relief.
Requiring no specialist knowledge, "Duckworth's Family Finance Toolkit 2007" is the leading Form E package on the market bringing together new case management features with all that is needed for pressing or defending a claim in court. Calculators, precedents, form-filling and document tracking, plus a fully interactive Form E and client database, combine to ease the burden of ancillary relief. Reprogrammed for 2007, "Toolkit" has been updated to include a schedule of assets, the new form H1 plus 6 new major precedents have been added. New for 2007: New ability to create a schedule of assets from Form E data, allowing modification of data contained within the schedule to be reflected within the Toolkit database. This allows a user to 'export' Form E data to a file that can be copied or e-mailed to a client or third party (eg the other side) for review/modification. The amended data can then be 'imported' back into the database. It contains a new Ancillary Relief Costs forms 'H' (Estimate of Costs) and 'H1' (Statement of Costs) - introduced on 3 April 2006. Its calculators are fully updated to include rates for the current tax year. It does a major overhaul of existing precedents.
It has six new precedents added: Child maintenance order (non-CSA case); Undertaking in lieu of injunction; Adjournment of injunction application; Attachment of earnings order re: pension; Agreed pension share where court lacks jurisdiction; and, Deferred lump sum with pension-linked increase. The new features make "Duckworth's Family Finance Toolkit 2007" ever more responsive to users' needs and set it apart from the competition.
