What if you did this and it worked? What have you got to lose? Absolutely nothing. My son, in his younger years was a very good athlete. I witnessed what it took for him to be the best he could be. It was practice, perseverance, and dedication, along with hope, faith, and love. So I made this list, which became the chapters in this book, and started to follow it every day. I'm here to tell you that this list does work. Because if it worked for me, the hardhead that I can be, it will work for anyone.
