Il volume raccoglie gli Atti del Convegno “La prassi notarile come fonte del diritto” organizzato in Versilia al Lido Camaiore il 17/18 settembre 2016 dal Comitato Regionale Notarile Toscano ed incentrato sul ruolo sempre più importante del Notariato nell’interpretazione e creazione del diritto vivente e sulle “Proposte” che il notariato ha elaborato sia su temi di generale interesse per il Paese, quali la Famiglia e le Imprese, sia su quello specifico della Riforma del nostro Ordinamento.Durante il Convegno si è messo in evidenza il contributo che il Notariato ha dato alla costruzione delle regole. Con la rapida evoluzione delle trasformazioni sociali, infatti, la prassi notarile ha dovuto trovare le soluzioni tecniche per regolare le nuove fattispecie che si è trovata ad affrontare, nel tentativo di ricomporre il divario tra realtà legislativa e realtà sociale nella sua attività di tutti i giorni, che si traduce nella redazione dell'atto pubblico notarile.
