Autoren

Philipp Senff is German Attorney-at-Law (Rechtsanwalt), Partner and heading the Compliance Group at CMS China. Mr. Senff is recognized as leading corporate, compliance and risk management lawyer with over 15 years of China-related business experience. Mr. Senff has extensive experience in advising multinational companies and banks on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and the restructuring of business operations in China. Mr. Senff‘s compliance and risk management practice includes compliance reviews, internal investigations, whistle-blower management, corporate governance, prevention, product recalls, reputation and crisis management. Mr. Senff supports CEO’s and CFO’s on the mitigation of their personal liability risks in China and globally.

Dr. Richard Zhang is a Senior Executive with over two decades experiences in management positions for several German companies in China, including Merck, Süd Chemie, latest as the President of the Regional HQ of Heraeus for Greater China. Besides being a well-known expert in leading the local organization and managing the business activities in the Greater China market, Dr. Zhang is also a very active participant in various industry associations in China, and has taken on several key advisory positions. Currently Dr. Zhang is the Co-Chairman of the local Manager Lounge in Shanghai and a member of Rotary International.
