Weilin Xu is a Professor at Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his B.Sc and PhD from Jilin University, and Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, respectively. He did postdoc research at Cornell University, UC Berkeley, and Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, respectively. Professor Xu was selected as a member of "One Hundred Talented Program" of Chinese Academy of Science and "The Recruitment Program of Global Youth Experts" of China in 2012. He currently focuses on energy-related basic (at single-molecule level) and practical (based on cheap and sustainable materials) study. Yuwei Zhang is an associate Professor at Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She received her B.Sc in 2006 and PhD in 2011 from Northeast Normal University, and Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, respectively. Her research is currently focused on single molecule nanocatalysis. Tao Chen has obtained his B.Sc in 2012 from the University of Liaoning. He then obtained his PhD in 2016 from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. During his PhD he studied the nanocatalysis at single-molecule/ single-particle level based on single molecule fluorescence spectroscopy.
