Rajesh Kumar Singh, PhD is a professor at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, India. Aakanksha Kishore, PhD is an assistant professor of Operations Management at the Foundation for Organizational Research and Education's School of Management, New Delhi, India. Andrea Appolloni, PhD is an Associate Professor of Operations Management and Sustainability at Tor Vergata University, Rome, Italy.
