Autor

Fabio Gurgel is a Master Coral Belt, four-time world jiu-jitsu champion, co-founder and CEO of the Alliance Jiu Jitsu Association, and coach and leader of the 14-time world champion Alliance Jiu Jitsu team. He is a member of the IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) Hall of Fame and has completed specializations in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School (2020); Brand Strategy Sprint with Scott Galloway, Section4 (2021); Complete Manager Sprint, Section4 (2022); and Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School (2022). The "General," as he is called, is one of the best-known and most respected names in the history of jiu-jitsu. He began practicing the sport at the age of 13 and received his black belt at 19 — a feat that is hard to replicate and the result of great dedication and commitment. His legacy as a leader continues in daily practice, inspiring and engaging thousands of people to perform — whether in the practice of jiu-jitsu, gym management, or self-development.
