His speech »The perfect murder« (»Der perfekte Mord«) is an alarming indictment that denounces the perfection of the NS justice of terror, but above all the perfection with which the German Federal judiciary denied and suppressed its historical guilt, and even how perfectly the West German judicial system was still shaped by the demonic Nazi spectre of perpetrators and accessories.
