Sanjay Sharma is retired Professor from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, India. He is industrial engineering and operations management educator and researcher. He has wide experience including industrial, managerial, teaching/training, consultancy and research. He has published nine books and several papers in various journals.
