Teresa Turzo is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Rome La Sapienza (Italy). She previously served as a Research Fellow at the University of Perugia (Italy). Her academic journey includes a visiting period at the University of Lincoln (UK). She teaches courses on auditing and the analysis of corporate economic and social performance. Her research interests encompass non-financial reporting, sustainability standards, religiosity, and informal institutions. Her studies are featured in international journals, including Meditari Accountancy Research and the Journal of Cleaner Production.

Samuel O. Idowu is a Professor of Accounting and Sustainability at the Guildhall School of Business and Law (UK), where he is the course leader for the Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability MSc and the Advanced Diploma in Professional Development (ADPD) in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. Samuel is also a Professor of CSR and Sustainability at Nanjing University of Finance & Economics (China). He is a fellow member of the Chartered Governance Institute, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Governance Institute, and a named freeman of the City of London. He is the Deputy CEO and Vice President of the Global Corporate Governance Institute, an international network of CSR scholars. Samuel has published over fifty articles in both professional and academic journals, contributed chapters to several edited books, and is the Editor-in-Chief of three major global reference books by Springer: the Encyclopedia of Corporate Social Responsibility (ECSR), the Dictionary of Corporate Social Responsibility (DCSR), and the Encyclopedia of Sustainable Management (ESM). He is also a series editor for Springer s CSR, Sustainability, Ethics and Governance books. Samuel is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Corporate Social Responsibility and the American Journal of Economics and Business Administration.

Carmela Gulluscio is a Full Professor of Accounting at the University of Rome La Sapienza (Italy). Her academic journey includes visiting periods at LMU University of Munich (Germany). Her research interests include corporate social responsibility and sustainability, public sector accounting, accounting history, and accounting education. She is the author of several books, book chapters, and numerous articles. Her studies are featured in international journals, including Business Strategy and the Environment and Sustainability.
