Soumi Majumder is a research scholar in the Department of Business and Management at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She is an assistant professor at the Future Business School, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. Previously, she was associated with Sister Nivedita University, Techno India College of Technology, NSHM College of Management and Technology, J D Birla Institute of Science and Commerce, West Bengal State Labor Institute, Siliguri, DAITM, and many more B Schools. She has 10 years of experience in academia and 2 years of industrial experience. She has 3 authored books from Springer Nature; 1 authored book from Taylor and Francis Publishers; 1 authored book from Emerald Publishers; 2 edited books; and more than 25 research papers from nations and international conferences and journals in the areas of quality work-life, decent work-life, work-life balance, stress management, employee engagement, job satisfaction, leadership, training, learning, knowledge management, people management, safety management, entrepreneurship, etc. She holds one patent and three copyrights from the Government of India for her research work. She acts as a reviewer in international journals. Furthermore, she is a member of the AIMA, ACM, IS, SDIWC, and NIPM.
Nilanjan Dey (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech. and M.Tech. in information technology from West Bengal Board of Technical University and the Ph.D. in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, in 2005, 2011, and 2015. Currently, he is a professor with Techno International New Town, Kolkata, and a visiting fellow of the University of Reading, UK. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Ambient Computing and Intelligence, Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Technology and Society, and series Co-Editor of Springer Tracts in Nature-Inspired Computing and Data-Intensive Research (Springer Nature) and Advances in Ubiquitous Sensing Applications for Healthcare (Elsevier). He is also on the Editorial Board of IEEE Data Descriptions. He is a Fellow of IETE and member of IE, ISOC, etc.
