The twelve chapters showcase the richness of leadership research, spanning themes such as authentic and responsible leadership, distributed leadership, the moral compass of servant leadership, and the dark side of leadership. The book also addresses pressing contemporary issues including cultural intelligence, gendered and global leadership dynamics, and the role of entrepreneurial leadership in driving innovation. This breadth ensures that readers not only gain theoretical insights but also practical tools and strategies for leadership development.
Crucially, the book highlights innovative methodological approaches, encouraging a deeper and more nuanced understanding of leadership processes across contexts.
