Ndubisi Onwuanyi read Land Economics at Paisley College of Technology, Scotland and Land Appraisal at the University of Reading, England. A chartered surveyor with many years' experience in industry, practice and academics, he has authored two other textbooks. The first, Introductory Property Valuation Mathematics, was published in 2024 by Cambridge Scholars, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The second, Real Estate and Equity Investments: Comparative Essentials, is a 2025 publication sponsored by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, Nigeria. He was one-time lecturer at the University of Benin, but his present affiliation is the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, which is located in Nigeria.
