With over seven years of experience spanning academia, institutional administration, and corporate training, Dr Bajwa also contributed as a Court Manager in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, India where she led HR and IT functions. Her research focuses on sustainable HR practices, employee engagement, and the evolving role of human capital in responsible finance.
