Bola Yaya is the Training and Research Lead for the Centre for Women Inclusion and Strategic Development, Nigeria, with over five years of multifaceted experience. She is a cross-functional professional and a trailblazer at the intersection of gender equality, social inclusion, technology, and research. As a proactive advocate for women's leadership and empowerment, Ms. Yaya has lent her expertise to International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), spearheading projects to break down barriers and elevate women in leadership roles. Her initiatives encompass promoting diversity, fostering inclusive workplaces, and providing crucial training resources for women's career success. She is a published research scholar venturing into entrepreneurship, as the co-founder of Eloquent Data, a groundbreaking data analytics learning startup, where she also serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications. Through this endeavor, she is on a mission to democratize access to data analytics education, particularly prioritizing affordability for young professionals, with a special emphasis on empowering women in the field. She has been nominated for multiple prestigious awards locally and internationally and is a member of well-known professional communities around the globe like Forbes and AIESEC. Elijah Felix is the Executive Director at the Centre for Women Inclusion and Strategic Development, Nigeria. He works with different organizations, locally and internationally, focusing on Youth and Women's Development. He connects with other young individuals around the world involved in civic activities in their local communities and has participated in several Youth Leadership Conferences including Model United Nations General Assemblies. He is also a member of global organizations such as the Junior Chamber International (JCI) and AIESEC. Mr. Felix has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria, an Executive (Mini) MBA in Leadership and Management from the Accra Business School, Ghana, and is a JCI Nigeria certified Trainer and Facilitator. He has conducted several Leadership Trainings and facilitated learning sessions both in and outside Nigeria. Mr. Felix is an Associate member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and The Boardroom Institute of Ghana. Also, he is a Financial Trading expert and a Fellow of the African Young Leaders Fellowship Program in Ghana. Tilottama Singh is a prolific author and Associate Professor at the School of Management, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, India. Dr. Singh is also a certified HR analyst from IIM and a proficient academic researcher, and trainer with more than 15 years of experience. Her areas of expertise are Human Behavior, Emotions, and Psychological Testing. She has an enriched research portfolio with Scopus and international refereed journals, books, and conferences and holds 11 patents to her credit. A seasoned International Executive Development Program trainer, Dr. Singh has organized two consecutive EDPs in the past two years for government officials from the Republic of Tanzania. Richa Goel is an Associate Professor, Economics and International Business, SCMS Noida, Symbiosis International University, India and an accomplished academician with 23 years of experience in the field of Economics and Management. Having expertise in Diversity Management for 6 years during her PhD cycle, Dr. Goel gained a lot of insights which were reflected in her published work and training. She has very closely worked in areas related to Sustainable Economics, Economic Modelling, Development Economics, Demography, Public Finance, SDGs, Economic Development, and International Business in Emerging Markets. Working in the area of women empowerment and leadership she has connected with a large global audience including researchers, academicians, stakeholders, and industry guests by creating more space for speaking platforms like training, seminars, or FDPs along with conducting many International and Global conferences.
