Sandra J. Boyer is the Founder and President of Legus International. For more than 30 years she has directed the efforts of this international organization to provide its members with cutting-edge legal industry educational programming and vision. Sandra has also spent more than 30 years providing legal management consulting strategies and vision to small to midsize law firms around the world. Sandra has written numerous law practice management books and articles and has presented worldwide regarding the same topic. She was inducted into the College of Law Practice Management in 2003 for her contribution to the legal industry. Michael S. Beaver was a partner for over 30 years in Holland & Hart LLP, a Denver-based firm with about 500 lawyers in offices throughout theMountain West. He was involved in firm management roles most of that time. Mike is now semi-retired and serves as Senior Pro Bono Counsel to the firm. He is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and is active in the leadership of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
