Dr Nazim Ullah is an Assistant Professor (Finance / Islamic Finance) of Department of Business Administration at International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh. His research interest is on corporate finance, Islamic finance, merger and acquisition, and banking sectors. During his study he has awarded by Vice-Chancellor gold medal for his outstanding results for Undergraduate program. He has published a good number of research papers in reputable national and international journals. Moreover, Dr Nazim has also attended and presented several of his research papers in national and international conferences. Dr Nazim received his PhD (Islamic Finance/ Finance) from University Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in 2022, Msc (Islamic Finance) from International Centre For Education In Islamic Finance (INCEIF) University, Malaysia in 2017, BBA (Finance and Banking) from International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh in 2014, HSC (Business Studies) from Maheshkhali Degree College, Bangladesh in 2009 and SSC (Business Studies) from Maheshkhali Model High School, Bangladesh in 2007.Prof. Dr Fauzias Mat Nor is a professor of finance at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) since 2015. Her research interest is in Islamic Finance with a special focus on Corporate Finance and Banking. Before joining USIM in 2015, she served Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) for more than 29 years in various academic positions. She has also served Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS) on their Investment Committee and the Malaysian Islamic Economic Development Foundation (YAPEIM) on their Risk Management Committee. She received her Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam, Malaysia, in 1977 and BBA (Finance) from the University of Miami, Florida, the USA in 1984. Next, she received her MBA from the University of Miami, Florida, the USA in 1985 and PhD (Finance) from University College Dublin in 1991.Junaidah Abu Seman is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). She obtained her PhD from the University of Salford, United Kingdom. Prior to that, she graduated with Bachelor of Muamalat Administration from USIM and Masters in Islamic Finance from International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF). Her areas of specialization include Islamic finance and financial inclusion. She has written a number of conference papers, journal articles and case studies on the topics of Islamic banking, takaful and business management and has held administrative posts at the faculty level. She is also a life-time member of the Malaysian Muamalat Association (MMA) and member of the International Council of Islamic Finance Educators (ICIFE).Dr Nur Ainna Ramli, PhD, is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). She is the former Deputy Director at the University Entrepreneurship Center (PKUU) USIM. She obtained his MSc, Investment Analysis at Stirling University, Scotland, United Kingdom and was awarded a PhD in Finance from Lincoln University, New Zealand. Her areas of expertise and research interests are corporate performance, corporate finance, financial management, investment and research related to Islamic finance perspectives. She has carried out several research grants from the government and the private sector in the field of finance. In addition, she is also actively involved in various entrepreneurship programs that have been involved with public and private universities, community colleges, polytechnics and government agencies. She is also active with social entrepreneurship programs with the involvement of government agencies such as the Malaysian Welfare Department (JKM) Negeri Sembilan. she has presented her research results at local and international conferences and publications.Ahmad Fadly Nurullah bin Rasedee completed his PhD in Mathematics from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2015. Since then, he has been serving as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) and currently holds the post of Associate Professor. He has published over 50 research articles, all in indexed journals, and completed over 10 research projects with 11 ongoing. He has also been appointed as reviewer for numerous indexed journals. He previously served as the Data Analytics Coordinator working under the Chief Information Officer's office at USIM.
