Kros is the Vincent K. McMahon Distinguished Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at East Carolina University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University, and a Ph.D. in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
