Dr. Karen Wendt is the President of Sustainable Finance (Cham, Switzerland) and CEO of ECCOS Impact GmbH (Cham, Switzerland). She is also a serial entrepreneur, scientist and co-editor of the Sustainable Finance book series at Springer. She advises companies on sustainability and is proven expert in impact investing, international management, sustainable finance, and strategy development. She is currently conducting research on social entrepreneurship, stock exchanges and portfolio engineering.
Dr. Marta Ra has extensive experience in sustainable finance, particularly through her roles at Radicant Bank, a Swiss digital bank aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. During the opening phase of the newly launched bank, she supported it in various capacities, including as Community Head, Head of PR, and Head of Sales. As Head of Sales, she led the bank to achieve a 300% increase in assets under management starting in early 2024. As the co-founder and president of Women in Sustainable Finance (WISF), an international association promoting financial literacy and sustainable finance practices, she regularly contributes to the field of sustainable finance. Her contributions include speaking engagements at major conferences and features in prominent media outlets such as Forbes and Bloomberg.
