Dr. Xavier Poshiwa obtained his Ph.D. in Rangeland Ecology from Wageningen University, The Netherlands. He has focused his research on animal nutrition, pasture and rangeland sciences, and nature conservation and management. His work continues to shape the future of agricultural research and education, both in Zimbabwe and internationally. Dr. Vennan Sibanda holds a Doctor of Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering) from Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing Systems. He currently holds the position of Director of Innovation and Technology Transfer in the Department of Innovation and Business Development at NUST, Zimbabwe. In this role, he mentors researchers and innovators, helping to transform research outputs into practical, real-world solutions. He is responsible for identifying and protecting research innovations from the university and other community-driven inventions, collaborating with various institutions. He has successfully guided the registration of over twenty Intellectual Property Rights, both locally and internationally. Dr. Boitumelo Ramatsetse is currently a Commissioner in the National Planning Commission (NPC), Office of the Presidency, Republic of South Africa, where he also serves as the Chairperson of the Strategy Task Team. Academically, he is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering at Stellenbosch University (SU). Previously, he was a researcher and lecturer in the Division of Educational Information & Engineering Technology (EDIET) at the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Research & Innovation (RnI) Associate at the Faculty of Engineering & the Built Environment (FEBE), Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), South Africa. With over 10 years of experience in teaching and research at Higher Education Institutions, Dr. Ramatsetse has vast expertise in engineering, design, risk analysis, problem-solving, project management, manufacturing, innovation, and leadership. He holds a Doctor of Engineering (D-Eng) degree.
