Dr Manpreet Arora is Associate Professor of Management at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala, India, and brings over twenty-three years of exemplary teaching and academic expertise. Dr Anukrati Sharmais an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management at the University of Kota (A State Govt University) in Kota, Rajasthan, India. She is the Director of the Skill Development Centre, Director Office of International Affairs and Chairperson of the Women Cell at the same University. She is also Dean (Honorary) of Tourism and Hospitality at Vishwakarma Skills University, Jaipur (A Govt State University). Dr Che-Jen Su is a Distinguished Research Professor in the Department of Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taipei, Taiwan.
