Development, among others. Vasco Ribeiro Santos is a university lecturer and holds the title of specialist in hotels and restaurants. He has a doctorate in business sciences from the Fernando Pessoa University and a doctorate in tourism from the University of Seville. He also holds a post-doctorate in Innovation Management from the University of Aveiro and is an expert in the European Quality Assurance System EQAVET, within the scope of ANQEP, in vocational courses. Vasco Ribeiro Santos is the author of books: - “Courtesy, Etiquette & Protocol in Luxury Hospitality” (2017) - “Modern Etiquette” (2019) - “The Model Host: A Practical Guide to Welcoming, Attending & Serving in Hospitality, Tourism & Commercial Aviation” (2023) Dr. Vasco Ribeiro Santos is PhD in Business Sciences with specialization in Marketing from Fernando Pesoa University, Porto - Portugal; PhD in Tourism from Seville University Seville - Spain. He has Habilitation in Management, from Europeia University, Lisbon - Portugal. MSc in Marketing and Tourism Promotion and BA in Hospitality Management. He is Coordinator Professor of Management, Marketing and Tourism at ISLA Santarém; Coordinator of Master Degree in Business Management, at ISLA Santarém; Coordinator of the Degree in Commercial Management; Researcher in GOVCOPP (Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies), at Aveiro University, Aveiro, Portugal; Researcher in CiTUR – Center for Tourism Research, Development and Innovation. He is the author of scientific papers and book chapters. His research areas include: marketing, innovation, digital, sustainability, wine tourism, employer branding.
