Michelle Malomo is a Senior Lecturer in the Department for Children and Families within the School of Education at the University of Worcester, UK, lecturing on the Foundation Degree in Early Years (0–8, Professional Practice) and the top-up degree in Integrated Working with Children and Families. Emma Laurence is a Lecturer in the Department for Children and Families at the University of Worcester, UK. She is course leader for the BA (Hons) Early Childhood and is also studying there for a PhD in Educational Leadership.
