Hannu Ojasalo is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. He holds master's degrees in information management (Turku University, Finland) and an MBA (Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland). He has worked with IT companies, small and large logistics operators, and multinational industrial companies. Keijo Varis holds a master's degree in business administration and a doctorate in science from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and an MSc in public management from the University of Tampere, Finland. Since 2015, he has worked as a principal lecturer and professor of practice in management and leadership at Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland. He is a life-time member of the Institute of Directors (India) (IOD), an academic member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and has published several peer-reviewed articles on management and leadership.Pirjo Ekblom holds a BSc in financial economics from the University of London's Birkbeck College, UK, and an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Qualification. She is currently pursuing an MBA in business management at Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland, focusing on collaborative problem-solving for sustainable organisational growth.
