For courses in Massage Therapy.

For students of massage, preparation for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork can be overwhelming. This concise and specific review of information found on the NCBTMB and other state licensing exams is the only manual needed for students to successfully sit for and pass these tests. Subjects covered in this book have been developed from the outline in the NCBTMB exam booklet.

Barbara B. Rice, BA, LMT received her BA in Biology from the State University of New York at Oswego and completed the massage therapy program at Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in Sarasota, Florida. She is NCBTMB certified and licensed in New York and Florida. She is also certified in Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Therapy, Thailand Massage and Prenatal Massage. She was also previously the Director of Education of Dahan Institute of Massage Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada and spent 13 years as a physical therapy aid. She currently operates a therapeutic massage clinic in Lakeland, Florida and is a popular speaker and presenter.
