Part C - Develop Financial Plans examines profit planning, capital expenditure, budgeting, cash flow management and financing decisions.



There is also a glossary at the end of the book of key record-keeping and financial terms, and a comprehensive index.

Ian Birt is an accountant and registered tax agent, with degrees in accounting and law. He has worked extensively in small business, and for an accounting firm specialising in small business clients.
