Nekrasova I. defended her dissertation in 1992, at the Russian State Pedagogical University in St. Petersburg. She has been working in the Southern Federal University from 1993 to the present. Nekrasova I. lectures in the following disciplines - Investment, Financial Market and Financial Institutes, Financial Management, Mergers and Acquisitions in the Banking Sector Academic Positions South Federal University (Russia): 2009- Present Associate Professor of chair "Finance and Credit" Rostov Institute (Branch) of Russian State Trade and Economic University (RGTEU) (Russia): 2006-2009 Associate Professor, Head of chair "Finance and Credit" Rostov State University (Russia): 1998 -2006 Associate Professor of chair "Economics and entrepreneurship" Rostov State University (Russia): 1994-1998 Senior lecturer of chair "Economics and entrepreneurship" Ussuriysk State Pedagogical Institute (Russia): 1985-1988 Lecturer of chair “Economic theory.” Oxana Karnauhkova background includes degrees in Humanities – History, Psychology and Cultural Studies with an experience in interdisciplinary research in Intercultural Communications. My achievements in this field are proven through a number of projects, held in Russia and abroad, as well as in the publication list. When majoring in History, I concentrated on the problems of ethnic groups, power structures and state relationships. I was especially interested in psychology of intercultural communication, which became the focus of my graduate studies. Also, I have completed PhD program (Rostov State University, Russia), specializing in the field of Theory and History of Culture. My research projects have involved a combination of these subjects. My significant projects “Communicative strategies in multicultural regions” (Carnegie Fellowship Program, 2005-2006) and “Multiculturalism as the paradigm of the postcolonial development (the comparative analysis of the British and Russian models)” (Oxford Colleges Hospitality Scheme, 2006) were devoted to the problems of multiculturalism as cultural practice and social ideology and its transformations through time and regions. Bryan Christiansen is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Research Society, LLC in Michigan, USA. A former business lecturer at universities in Russia, Turkey, and the USA, he has traveled to 41 countries where he has conducted international business since 1985 in multiple languages and various industries with Global 500 firms and smaller. Christiansen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the University of the State of New York in 1996 and his MBA degree at Capella University in 2003. The author of 22 Scopus-indexed Reference books on business, cultural studies, economics, and psychology, he is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and Turkish. Christiansen is currently working with a Russian theoretical mathematician on a new economic model for developing nations.
