She has been actively researching the domain of the collaborative web, with focus on its contributions to the fields of Marketing and CRM and has several years of research experience. She has published several manuscripts in International and National Journals. She also serves on the Editorial Board of several International Journals. At Jaypee Business School, she is the Area-Chair, Marketing and teaches Sales and Distribution Management, Social Media and E-Marketing, and Services Marketing. She has organised one National and one International Conference and is now the Conference co-chair for the International Conference on Information Technology and Quantitative Management, 2017 being jointly organised by IAITQM and JBS. Shubhangini Rathore is a career educationist and researcher. She holds her Doctorate in the area of Human Resource Management. She has taught and developed HR & Communication courses at reputed business schools. She has more than Eight years of research and teaching experience. She is currently an adjunct professor at IBS-Gurgaon. After starting her career as a HR professional; she chose to take a step ahead and put her observations to practice, by way of research on various aspects of Human Resource Management. Her research expertise pertains to Emotional Intelligence, Organization Stress and Employee Commitment. As an active researcher, she has published various research papers in distinguished International Journals. She has also presented her ideas and concepts in various national and international conferences and seminars.
