Total quality management (TQM) and human resource management (HRM) have become an important theme in management and business research due to the potential to affect a range of organizationally and individually desired outcomes. Total quality management describes a management approach to long–term success through customer satisfaction. In a TQM effort, all members of an organization participate in improving processes, products, services, and the culture in which they work. It emphasizes self-control, autonomy, and creativity among employees and calls for greater active cooperation rather than just compliance. The first chapter reviews the effect and the importance of the total quality on the human resources management success ,the chapter 2 clarifies TQM is factor for the long-term essential factor success of an organization. Chapter 3 Descusses the Human Resource Focus in Total Quality Management Awards Wich are Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, European Quality Award (EFQM), Deming Prize of Japan, and ISO9000 Series. Chapters 4 and 12 review the Human Resource Management and Total Quality Management in the banking industry ,The issues of human resources in Total Quality Management are described in the chapter 5, Implications for the Management of Human by Manufacturing More Effective TQM has been reviewed in the chapter 6. the next chapters 7 and 8 describes the empowerment of employees performance through the Total quality management and it’s effects on enterprise linked to the HR. Chapters 9 and 10 review the impact of Human Resource Deliberating Total Quality Management practice and employees job satisfaction and improving Service Quality in public sector,the Total Quality Management in Defense has been reviewed in chapter 11. Chapter 13 investigates the TQM in the Small and Medium Size Enterprises chapter 14 describes the Adatability of Kuwaiti Public Administration Employees to Total Quality Management Requirements , chapter 15 took the TQM as a Critical Component for effective Delivery of Manufacturing Project, a Study on Total Quality Management for Competitive Advantage in International Businesshas been reviewed in the chapter 16. Finally the chapter 17 Descusses The Role of Leaders for Quality Management toward Excellence as a Strategic Challenge.
