Wendy Siew-Inn Tan is a consultant, writer and speaker who has worked extensively with multi-national organisations in the Asia Pacific region and government agencies in Singapore. As founding partner of Flame Centre, she partners with clients to develop and engage their human capital. Formerly a police psychologist and an organisational development consultant in GlaxoSmithKline, she holds a MSc in Organisation Development from Pepperdine University.
