STAVROS is a professor at the College of Management at Lawrence Technological University. She is a global speaker and co-author of 5 books, 16 book chapters, and more than 40 articles in Appreciative Inquiry, Sustainability, and SOAR, Thin Book of SOAR: Building Strengths-based Strategy. ROLAND L. SULLIVAN is founder of Sullivan Transformation Agents. He has taught OD in 22 universities.
