Haniel Croitoru is a senior consultant with a specialty in SharePoint based in Toronto, Canada. Over the past 15 years he has been helping organizations deliver successful software development and integration projects in his capacity as project manager and business analyst. Since 2003, he has been working with SharePoint and has gained a lot of experience in both using SharePoint for managing projects as well as managing SharePoint implementations. In the past three years he has been helping organizations adopt agile methodologies to implement SharePoint solutions. He is an active member of the Toronto SharePoint Business User Group and Project Management Institute where he has presented on numerous occasions and shares his experiences with his peers. Haniel holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science with a specialty in Computer-Assisted Orthopedic Surgery from Queen's University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the prestigious York Schulich School of Business. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2007 and an Agile Certified Practitioner since 2013. When he's not working on client engagement, he is busy (project) managing his house hold with his wife and three young daughters.
