Andrew Chambers is Professor of Corporate Governance at London South Bank University. He has been described by The Times as 'a worldwide authority on corporate governance'. In 2010 he was appointed as Specialist Advisor to the House of Lords' Economic Affairs Select Committee's Inquiry into Auditors: Market concentration on their role. He is deputy chair of Federation des Experts Compatables Europeen's (FEE's) Corporate Governance and Company Law standing Working Party (Brussels). Andrew is also a member of the International Internal Audit Standards Board (IIASB).
