Tony Kosuge read Politics at Graduate School of Keio University where he wrote his degree thesis on French nuclear strategy. He also served as reporter for Kyodo News Agency in Japan. As part of his advisory role in Jones Lang Wootton Hong Kong, he travelled to China and the other area of East Asia from 1987 to 1995. He is the author of A British Democracy - The Way to Save Titanic Japan - published by Geirin Shobo, Tokyo, in 2002. He is now Chief Researcher at London Japan Institute, an independent think tank in UK.
