Mark Wilcox is the founder of the UK-based consulting firm, RedThread Consulting. Its clients include Sony, the British Army, HSBC and Hilton Hotels. At Sony Europe he was responsible for talent development programmes and was Director of People and Organizational development covering 9,000 employees in 23 countries.
