The book is divided into two parts, the first provides a concise and systematic overview of the field of decision research, and the second goes deeper into key topics and debates within the field.

MICHAL SKOREPA is a Lecturer in Decision Research and Behavioral Economics at the Institute for Economic Studies, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic, where he received his PhD. He has been teaching a course based on the material in this textbook for over a decade. Currently he is an Advisor to the Vice-Governor of the Czech National Bank, and he is President of the Czech Economic Society.
