Makara has 62 publications (22.6 total impact points, 35 ISI Journal publications; H-index 4; 37 citations basing on Scopus), 4 book chapters, 6 patents, and 22 patent applications. Awards: 2014 Engel Foundation Award for The Best Young Scientist of CUT and AGH Krakow; 2015 Scholarship of the Polish Ministry of Science for Outstanding Young Scientists.
