Despite its practical nature, this e-book is far from being a 'recipe'. Throughout its chapters, it endeavours to deal with the most diverse theoretical implications surrounding the process of raising pigs.

Ana Cristina Viera Costa - Has a degree in Zootechnics from the State University of Maranhão (2015) and a degree in Business Administration from the Athens Maranhense College (2013). She is also studying for a degree in Agricultural Sciences at the Federal Institute of Maranhão (IFMA) and has a postgraduate qualification in Higher Education Teaching from the FUTURA Faculty.
